We are looking for a HR talent selection assistant.
- Support the activities under architecture programme related to the recruitment of new staff for the implementation of the transparency regulation;
- Contribute to the planning of the future job vacancies, mapping the job profiles with the 178 new needs;
- Support recruitment activities, including preparation of vacancies, organisation of tests and candidate relationship management;
- Perform dissemination activities on social media.
- Excellent knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
- At least 1 year of relevant HR working experience;
- Good knowledge of HR principles in the area of selection and recruitment;
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Taleo and social media;
- Behaviourial competences: working with others, cooperation as well as ability to work autonomously; learning agility; problem solving; communication with different types of stakeholders;
- Proficiency in IT tools, standard office software and electronic management of documents and data.
Assignment: initial contract 2-3 months, with possibility of extensions. Initially working from home.
