1 BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST - stage

JOB PURPOSE: the Business Systems Shared Services (BSSS) team exists to deliver effective and efficient ERP support services to multiple sites and functions.

The role key responsibilities are to perform several BSSS services in several ERP functional modules in accordance with the SLA agreed with the business. These services include:

·         Data Maintenance and data extraction

·         User Support and consultancy

·         Change Management advice

·         Service Development & Service Management

Minimum Level of Education​: High School Technical Diploma​

Preferred Level of Education: University Degree

​Area of Specialisation: IT - Service Delivery
