We are looking for an HR legal and administration Assistant for the People Services team.



Responsabilità



  • To build legal capability in Human Capital Service;

  • To support activities related to contract management, staff's probationary period, staff absence;

  • Administrative support to the People Services team, in particular related to document filing and archiving, newcomers' onboarding, leave management, working conditions, etc.; 

  • Support with all non-statutory staff related activities.



Functie-eisen



  • Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level); 

  • At least 1 year of relevant HR working experience, preferably related to HR administration;

  • Background in legal matters would be considered an asset;

  • Behaviourial competencies: working with others, cooperation as well as ability to work autonomously; learning agility; problem solving; priority setting and planning



 




Assignment: initial contract until 31/12/2022, with possibility of extension. Expected duration of assignment 12 months. 


Salary: approx. €1940 per month before taxes.


Work modalities: Office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possible within 2 hours from Parma, Italy for the remaining days.
