employees worldwide. For their local subsidiary we are recruiting an HR
MANAGER (Rif.
RM-29CB9) The person we are looking for is a
graduate in LAW and/or BUSINESS - preferably with a Masters in HR
Management and/or experience in HR Administration – who, reporting to HR
DIRECTOR, will be responsible for the management of tasks and activities in
Human Resources with particular focus on Recruitment issues, Administration,
performance evaluation and training of headquarter and production plant staff,
management and development of trade union relations both at the headquarters
and at the European shipyards Responsibilities:
• research and selection of staff for the production plants and/or HQ, managing
the recruitment and possible relationships with contracted Head Hunters • organization of L&D for the
employees, including cost and financing aspects • management of the performance
evaluation process in collaboration with the HR DIRECTOR and the various
function managers
• management of contractual
deadlines of staff (specific times, trial periods, internships, etc.) The
right candidate will also support the HR dept. in the management of the
following issues: • reward system • analysis of the national labor contract and its application to the ordinary management and personnel administration • disciplinary problems, coordinating with external legal support firms • contracts (recruitment letters, contract confirmations, promotions etc.) • projects of various kinds relating to
the HR world The candidate will have gained
an experience of about 5/8 years in the above mentioned ROLE, preferably in
business contexts with structured Human Resources Departments, has a FLUENT
knowledge of the ENGLISH language, a strong interpersonal relationship capacity
in multicultural contexts, a proactive approach and a strong passion for the
Human Resources world This is a professional
