Main duties:

To help the store Manager to handle and lead the team ensuring a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the Patrizia Pepe Outlet Store within the Fidenza Village.

The Role:

-To cooperate with the store Manager in the general operations of the Outlet store, making sure it runs smoothly, cleanly and meets any budget or sales goals;

-To be responsible for supervising a retail organization's staff, meeting customer needs, planning and coordinating sales, merchandising, and budgeting;

- Engage and inspire the team by ensuring they are actively striving to achieve key performance indicators in order to increase store performance and reach store targets;

-In the absence of the store Manager, successfully running and managing the day to day operations of the outlet including but not limited to customer relationships, team management, store administration, stock management and visual merchandising;

-Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees rota;

-Monitors all business costs and provides the area team with feedback and analysis on all store KPI's;

-Arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;

-Approach customers and offer them advice and support on the product to persuade them to buy;

-Monitor shelves inventory and unload new products when needed;

-Operate cash registers and close daily revenues;

-Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store;

-Provide information and other services such as handling returns of merchandise;

-Great customer service skills and problem-solving;

-Go the "extra mile" to meet targets.

The Candidate:

-Fluent in Italian (written & spoken) is essential;

-Fluent in English (written & spoken) is essential;

-Retail or service industry experience;

-Availability to work over the weekend;

-Ability to communicate and inspire customers & outlet store colleagues;

-Great customer service skills & problem-solving;

-Good standard of numeracy;

-Ability to work towards goals;

-Willing to travel;

-Strong organisational skills;

-Dynamic and creative.
