This internship's opportunity will allow you to play an active role in redefining both the art and the science of retail in the management team of the Village. This will create a dynamic approach that will allow you to work in a creative and collaborative environment like no other, with the opportunity to develop your professional and personal skills.
What you'll do as an Intern in the Retail team at Fidenza Village:
• Support all activities and initiatives for the Village Brand Partners, with the goal to improve the boutique productivity, guest experience and sales target.
• Shadow each Retail member around activities concerning their brand portfolio, such as participation to marketing activities, commercial moments, special Village's activations.
• Shadow the Training Manager in the organization of the Village Brand Training Calendar, collection of training needs for each store, planning of workshops attendance and follow up.
• In partnership with Marketing, support the development of all retail marketing activations, for social media channels, virtual shopping and Village website
What you will learn and develop in 6 months with them:
• Strong organizational and process management skills
• Great knowledge of luxury and premiere brands, products and visual merchandising strategy and Retail Marketing topics
• How a business operates: the main KPIs to focus on, the mission and values that lead a company like ours
• On a personal level, you will have developed the confidence to manage your agenda and the requests by team members, with eyes both on details and on the great picture
What requirements we are looking for:
• Passion for retail and luxury brands
• Degree in economics or in marketing and communication
• Enthusiastic, positive and proactive mindset
• Great Communication skills in English and Italian
• Good Time Management skills
• Good Team Work & listening skills
• Good PowerPoint and Excel skill
What are the internship terms:
• Wages of 850 euros gross per month
• Restaurant vouchers of 7 euros
• Internship full time (40h), from Monday to Friday
• Working time 9-18
• Up to 2 smart working days a week
